HAYS, KS -- Rattlesnakes and other venomous snakes of Kansas will be displayed at Fort Hays State University's Sternberg Museum of Natural History on Oct. 27.
This event is being presented by Travis Taggart, adjunct curator of herpetology, and will include live snakes, hands-on specimens and door prizes for adults and children.
Snakes will begin at 7 p.m. in the Engle Educational Center within Sternberg Museum. Members will be admitted free and all others will be charged $1 at the door. |
